Running from 5k to 10k – Kerry’s journey continues
Kerry never considered herself a runner. In fact, she used to dread the thought of going for a run. However, after completing her first 5k race, she realized that she had found a new passion. The feeling of crossing the finish line and pushing past her limits was addicting.
After her first race, Kerry knew that she wanted to challenge herself even further. She began training for a 10k race, doubling the distance she had previously run. It was a daunting task, but Kerry was determined to succeed.
